Clicks, Impressions and Conversions Logs
Raw event logs let you examine individual click and conversion records — use when tracing a specific click or investigating a discrepancy.

Clicks Log
Every click on a TrackOG tracking link creates a row.
Key columns:
| Column | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Click ID | Unique identifier — share with advertiser to trace a conversion |
| Offer | Which offer was clicked |
| Affiliate | Which affiliate sent the traffic |
| Country | User's country (from IP) |
| Device | Desktop, Mobile or Tablet |
| Source / g1–g15 | Sub-parameters passed in the tracking link |
| Status | Accepted or Rejected (with reason) |
| Timestamp | Exact click time |
Finding rejected clicks: Filter Status = Rejected to see which clicks were rejected and why.
Conversions Log
Every attributed conversion appears here.
Key columns: Conversion ID, Click ID, Offer, Affiliate, Goal, Status (Approved/Pending/Rejected/Cancelled), Revenue, Payout, Timestamp
How to trace a user journey
- Get the click_id (from affiliate, advertiser, or Clicks Log)
- Find click in Clicks Log — verify accepted
- Find conversion in Conversions Log filtered by click_id
- If missing → go to Advertisers > Debug Postback
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: A click shows in the log but no conversion appeared. What happened? A: User may not have converted, or advertiser's postback failed. Use Debug Postback to investigate.
Q: Can I export the clicks log? A: Yes — click Export to download as CSV.
Q: How far back do the logs go? A: Log retention depends on your plan. Contact your account manager.
