Offline Conversions: Add Conversions Manually

Not every conversion comes through a real-time postback. Some advertisers send weekly CSV files, batch exports or verified sale lists. Offline Conversions let you add these into TrackOG manually.

Reports > Offline Conversions
When to use it
- Advertiser sends weekly list of approved leads in a spreadsheet
- Conversions verified after a delay (loan applications taking 5+ days)
- Postback failure meant conversions weren't recorded in real time
- Manual QA or test conversions
How to add an offline conversion
- Go to Reports > Offline Conversions
- Click New Offline Report
- Fill in:

| Type | Conversion type (CPA, lead, etc.) |
| Affiliate | Affiliate to attribute to |
| Offer | Offer this conversion is for |
| Advertiser | Paying advertiser |
| Status | Approved, Pending or Rejected |
| Payout | How much to pay the affiliate |
| Revenue | How much the advertiser owes you |
| Report Date | Date to record against |

The conversion appears in standard reports attributed to the selected affiliate and offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will an offline conversion affect the offer's cap? A: Yes — manually added conversions count toward the offer's conversion cap.
Q: Do offline conversions trigger affiliate postbacks? A: Not automatically. Update the affiliate directly or set up a manual notification.
Q: Can I edit an offline conversion after saving? A: Yes — click the conversion record to open and edit it.
