Last updated: September 17, 2026
Notification Rules send automatic emails when specific events happen — so you know immediately without checking the panel manually.
Where to find it
Settings > Notifications
What you can automate
| Alert | Use |
|---|---|
| Offer reaching its cap | Know before traffic starts being rejected |
| New affiliate registration | Review and approve quickly |
| Conversion status change | Know when advertiser approves or rejects |
| Offer paused or expired | Catch unexpected status changes |
Creating a rule
- Go to Settings > Notifications
- Click Create Rule
- Configure:
- Event — what triggers the alert
- Threshold — e.g. alert when cap reaches 80%
- Target — who receives the email
- Status — Active or Paused
- Save — rule is active immediately
Best practice rules to create first
- Cap alert at 80% — get notified before offer hits limit so you can extend with advertiser
- New affiliate registration — approve promptly so affiliates aren't waiting
- Offer expired — confirm when offer passes end date
