Mailer: Email Your Affiliates and Advertisers
The TrackOG Mailer lets you send announcements, offer updates or payment notifications to affiliates or advertisers — without leaving the panel.
Before you begin
SMTP must be configured in Settings > SMTP. → SMTP Email Setup

Settings > Mailer
Step-by-step
1. Choose recipient type
Select Affiliates or Advertisers — one per send, not both.
2. Set scope

| All | Every affiliate or advertiser |
| Specific ID | One affiliate or advertiser by ID |
| Specific Tags | All records with a selected tag |
3. Optional: link to an offer
If the email is about a specific offer, select it to reference in the body.
4. Write the email

| Body* | Rich text editor with macros |
Personalisation macros: {name} — recipient's name · {email} — their email
5. Preview, test and send
Click Preview to see the email. Click Send Test Mail to verify. Click Send Email to send immediately.
Best practices
- Use Tags to segment — send only to relevant affiliates (e.g. Finance affiliates for a loan offer update)
- Always send a test email to yourself first
- Keep emails short and actionable — affiliates respond better to concise messages

Q: Can I schedule the email to send later? A: The Mailer sends immediately. For scheduled campaigns, integrate a dedicated email tool.
Q: Will affiliates see each other's email addresses? A: No — each email is sent individually.
