Set Up Affiliate Postbacks and Pixels

Affiliate postbacks notify your partners when a conversion is approved so they can update their own tracking.

Affiliates > Postbacks
Creating a postback
Click Create Postback and fill in:

| Offer | Leave blank for global (all offers), or select specific |
| Status | Active or Paused |
| Event | Conversion (every conversion) or Goal (specific goal) |
| Type | URL (server postback) or Image Pixel |
| Code | The postback URL or pixel code from the affiliate |
Global postback (no offer) fires for every conversion this affiliate receives.
Testing
Go to Affiliates > Postbacks Test, paste a tracking link, select GEO and Device, click Run Test. Check Reports > Postback Logs for status 200 = success.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Postback fires but affiliate says they didn't receive it. What to check? A: Verify the URL is correct and the affiliate's server accepts requests from external IPs.
Q: Status 404 in Postback Logs. What does it mean? A: The affiliate's endpoint URL has changed — get an updated URL from the affiliate.
