How to Add an Affiliate

Where to find it
Affiliates > Create Affiliate
Step-by-step
Identity
- Full Name* — affiliate's name or company
- Email* — used for login and communications
- Username — auto-set from email if blank
- Company — affiliate's company name
Account Settings
- Status* — Active so affiliate can log in immediately
- Currency — payout currency (default INR)
- Language — panel language
Contact
- Phone, Telegram — optional
Organisation
- Tags — group affiliates
- Assigned Managers — AFM responsible for this partner
Location
- Address, City, State, Country, Zipcode
Custom Fields
- Fill any custom fields (e.g. LinkedIn, tax ID)
Click Create Affiliate.
Verify it worked
Affiliate appears in Affiliates > All Affiliates with Status = Active.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: The email already exists. What should I do? A: Each email can only belong to one account. Ask the affiliate to use a unique email.
Q: Can an affiliate sign up themselves? A: Yes, through your affiliate portal sign-up page. New self-registered affiliates go to Pending status if Auto Approve is off.
Q: How does the affiliate log in? A: Through your custom login domain. They set their password via the invitation email.
