Where to find it
Affiliates > All Affiliates
What you can do
Search: By name or email using the search bar.
Filter: By Status (Active, Inactive, Pending), Tags, Assigned Manager.
Edit: Click affiliate's name → update any field → Save.
Change status:
- Active — can log in and generate links
- Inactive — cannot log in; historical data preserved
- Pending — awaiting manual approval
Best practices
- Group affiliates with Tags by traffic type: "Push", "SEO", "Media Buyer"
- Assign each affiliate to a manager — no partner falls through
- Set Inactive immediately when an affiliate stops working with you
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I deactivated an affiliate. Do their past conversions still count? A: Yes. Historical conversions, payouts and reports are unchanged.
Q: Can I see an affiliate's full performance from their profile? A: Open their profile and go to their Affiliate Report, or use Reports > Affiliate Report filtered by that affiliate.
