Offer Visibility: Public, Private and Ask Permission

Visibility decides who can access your offer in the affiliate interface.
Where to find it
Offers > Create Offer > Tracking & Status Settings > Visibility
The three options

| Public | All affiliates | Broad offers, maximum traffic |
| Private | Only affiliates you assign | Exclusive, high-payout or test offers |
| Ask Permission | Affiliates who request and are approved | Offers where advertiser reviews traffic sources |
Managing access
All requests appear in Offers > Affiliate Access with stats: Total, Pending, Approved, Denied, Revoked.
Removing access
Turn on Cancel Conversion if Affiliate Access is Removed in Settings > Tracking to auto-cancel conversions that arrive after revocation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: An affiliate says they can't see my offer. Why? A: The offer is Private or Ask Permission. Assign them access or approve their request in Offers > Affiliate Access.
Q: I revoked an affiliate but they're still getting conversions. How do I stop this? A: Enable "Cancel Conversion if Affiliate Access is Removed" in Settings > Tracking.
