Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if I don't add {click_id} to the URL? A: Conversions cannot be attributed. The advertiser has no click ID to return, so TrackOG can't match the conversion to the original click. Always include {click_id}.

Q: Can I edit an offer after creating it? A: Yes. Go to Offers > All Offers, click the offer name, make changes and save. Changes apply to all new clicks immediately.

Q: Can affiliates see the revenue I earn? A: No. Affiliates see only their payout amount, never your revenue or profit.
