Coupon tracking attributes conversions to affiliates based on a unique code — ideal for influencer campaigns, podcasts or any channel where users buy without clicking a link.

Offers > Coupon Codes
Creating a coupon
- Click Add New
- Fill in:

| Code | Unique string e.g. "RAHUL20", "PARTNER50" |
| Offer | Offer this coupon applies to |
| Affiliate | Affiliate who owns this coupon |
| Start Date / End Date | Validity period |
| Status | Active or Inactive |
- Save → share code with affiliate
When users redeem it, conversions are tracked automatically.
Tracking priority
When both a click AND a coupon are present: go to Settings > Tracking > Tracking Priority and choose Click or Coupon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can the same code work for multiple affiliates? A: No — each coupon belongs to one affiliate. Create separate codes per affiliate.
Q: Where do I see coupon performance in reports? A: Custom Report → Group By Coupon Code.
Q: What if a coupon expires but the affiliate is still promoting it? A: Extend the end date before expiry.
