Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I set multiple cap types on the same offer? A: Yes — a daily click cap and a monthly conversion cap can coexist.

Q: An affiliate's clicks are not converting. Could the cap be the reason? A: Yes. Check the CAP Report to see if the conversion cap was reached before their conversions arrived.

Q: Can I get an alert before the cap is reached? A: Yes. Set up threshold alerts in Settings > Notifications.
